"It's not the safest area in São Paulo, but it's close to República Metro Station. From there you can go anywhere (once you understand the subway map). Important to day: It is an old hotel. DO NOT expect modern things in your room, but it is clean and cheap. I love their staff."

"155 is located in the Sao Paulo downtown area. It is close walkable, close to restaurants, shops and bars. Rooms are big and comfortable. AC is controlled from the room. Breakfast buffet has many items to chose from. Staff is always willing to help."
