We had an early international flight from SP and had to spend the night in the city. This hotel is greatly located and the price was reasonable. The room that we got was small and it was too small for our large suitcases. Yet, the service is very good and friendly and the room was clean. Altogether this is a good hotel with small rooms.

The staff was incredible, as our flight was 24hrs delayed I contacted Orbits and the hotel questioning if there was anything they could help me and for my surprise, Natalia from the front desk called me back (while i was waiting for our flight in New York) with the news that she was able to prorate my booking !!!! The room we booked was a basic triple, kind of small but perfect for our 4 day stay. Bruno G

The personnel at the reception barely spoke English or Spanish. The staff who served breakfast never greeted us or said good morning, let alone smile. The room was not clean. I killed a cockroach and was still there even after the cleaners had come to 'clean' the room. I would not recommended it because it was not value for money.

O quarto onde fiquei era em um andar baixo e voltava cheiro do esgoto pelo ralo do banheiro. Comentei isto com a equipe no checkout e me informaram que é algo que estão tentando resolver. O banheiro é bem apertado. De resto, cama bem confortável, café da manhã gostoso e uma equipe muito solícita, simpática e prestativa. Apesar dos incômodos no banheiro, minha estadia foi bem confortável e agradável.

Aconchegante, elegante e funcional!

Adorei a estadia no Monreale Lifestyle Higienópolis! Hotel aconchegante, áreas muito espaçosas e bem decoradas no lobby, com gravuras e decoração de excelente gosto. O apartamento era confortável, colchões macios e ao mesmo tempo firmes, boa iluminação, banheiro amplo, completo! A localização é perfeita, em frente ao Iate Clube de Santos, próximo a bons restaurantes (Pizzaria Veridiana), ao shopping Higienópolis e estações de metrô (Mackenzie e Santa Cecília). Voltaria com certeza!

Bom hotel. O quarto é pequeno, mas limpo e confortável. Boa cama. Banheiro bom. Internet boa. Faltam taboa e ferro de passar. A região é bonita. Não possui restaurante para refeições em qualquer horário, exceto o café da manhã, que é bom. Staff simpático e prestativo.
