"Slow check-in progress, it was taken about 25 minutes. And I just stand there for 25 minutes, because no place to sit. Less of stuff working, few people were queuing. Room was dirty, a lot of dust on the table. Window sheet hard to move. Far below my expectation as Novotel standards. "

"Big and clean rooms that keeps a good standard. Large beds, stable wifi, silent and good space for working or playing. A lot of activities for kids at all ages with a mini version of a in-house water park and a kids club that has VR games and a large activity room. Breakfast was good and had a lot of options. Staff always friendly and accomodating."

"Very cheap affordable backpacker convenient location for street food, shopping and kfc pizza hut across the road at 40metres away. Not very clean but what do you expect for under $15. A bit noisy from Ramadan and being on the main street but it is what it is, a bargain for $15."

"朝5時に、ジャカルタに到着し、とりあえず、ホテルに向かいました。 1泊延泊を申し出たところ、快諾してくれました。さらに、チェックイン前にもかかわらず、朝食食べていいよと特別にご配慮いただきました。さらに、仕事の事情で、2泊分キャンセルすることになりましたが、無理なお願いを受けていただき、とても感謝しています。非常に心地よいホテルでした。また、次回ジャカルタに泊まる際は、利用させていただこうと思います。"
