A place to come back to.

Incredible services and people. I enjoyed quite a lot coming back after a stressful work day. The only reason I may not give 5 stars, is because my floor room, the wood part, had some splinter and I did injure my foot (nothing terrible but a bit uncomfortable) Besides that, everything else was 10/10.

Had a great stay here while attending a concert! The location is excellent, especially being close to JIS. We got a room overlooking the pool, which was a nice bonus. Even though we arrived at 12, our room was already ready with no queue, which was a great start to our stay. We also requested a welcome drink, and they kindly provided us with two drink vouchers that we could redeem at the restaurant near the pool. The gym was spacious and well-equipped, making it convenient for a quick workout. The room was trendy, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. I also loved the refreshing scent of their amenities! Overall, it was a great experience and worth the price. I would love to stay here again!

I recently returned from an extended business trip to Malaysia and Jakarta. The hotel I stayed at in Jakarta is ideal for anyone attending the Jakarta International Expo, as it's just a 12-minute taxi ride away, with fares costing around $4 per trip. While the area around the hotel is a bit rundown, with heavy traffic and cleanliness issues, the hotel itself is well-maintained and offers excellent amenities. The convenience of having on-site restaurants and a large swimming pool made the stay very comfortable. One standout moment was on my last day when I needed to get to the airport. I didn’t have any cash and was unable to use the local taxi app, but the receptionist, Syif A., along with her manager Reza, went above and beyond to help me. They managed to find a taxi that accepted card payments, which is uncommon, and ensured my journey to the airport was smooth and stress-free. I greatly appreciated their assistance.

Service let’s down what could be really good hotel

It’s a really good hotel in a good location for shopping. There are lots of little bits that stop me giving a top score, check in took 25 minutes even though done on line, breakfast only one barely working coffee machine for a lot of people and long wait for items to be replenished at the buffet. Room keys all stopped working before check out.
