"There is very little soundproofing at this hotel. You can hear the noise from the room next door and also from the hallway. If you want peace and quiet, this hotel is not ideal. Also, cleanliness could be better, there was hair everywhere in the room and they only provide 2 body towels, no hand or face towels.
Lastly, the elevators are very slow. There are only 3 elevators for 39 floors, you will have to wait at least 5 minutes each time you want to use it.
Only positive is that wifi worked well...
"Unfortunately, this particular room was very noisy from the main road facing the room. I was unable to have a good sleep throughout my 4-night stay at the hotel. Upon check-in and entering the room, the bathroom had an awful smell which I had to clean it myself. However, the smell from the drainage remain. The shower gel dispenser in the shower was leaking. Nevertheless, the rest of the hotel are nice and clean. The breakfast was good with sufficient varieties from local and western food."
"Receptionists are all so lovely - even though I speak hardly any bahasa.
In a great location - most of the main central tourist attractions are a walk or short grab journey away.
Breakfast spread is also fantastic "
"Near to street food small malls and restaurants
Convenient stores around the corner too
Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
Hotel looks really nice, they have a nice little sitting area outside every floor with a view "
"Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious but needs updating. Breakfast has many options but the restaurant was so crowded that sometimes it's hard to find a table to sit. Other than the restaurants on site, no other restaurants nearby. "

10/10 Excellent
"Great hotel well placed Disappointed that it was being used as a training camp for a junior football team which meant the inside gym was unusable at times Children playing on electronic devices should be banned from dining areas ! "
Holiday Inn Express Jakarta International Expo by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Situed just minutes from the Expo the hotel is very clean and the staff are all extremely helpful and genuinely welcoming. I can’t recommend this hotel enough if you’re heading to an event at the Expo!"
"the white light around lobby and around the hotel is not calming. the in-room safe was not working. the hotel is due for a refresh and refurbishment. I wish the staff can be more customer oriented and takes more initiative. They are courteous and warm, just lack initiative."
"Just another Hyat .. perhaps a bit unpersonal, with few areas for small group meetings.
The place felt industrial, although very clean and pompous with great service.
