"This hotel is in a fantastic location right in the heart of central London beside Tottenham Court Station. The rooms are small however are newly renovated with a great shower and air conditioning unit which is rare for London, most other hotels in the area are not as clean and don't have AC. They only change bedsheets and towels every 4 days but they can be requested at no charge from the front desk. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for a weekend in London"

"Our room was bigger than I expected with a lovely view of the Thames and was quieter than expected. The staff were lovely and knowledgable and having a free ferry at the hotel was a huge bonus. The only negative was the breakfast. No fruit or yoghurt was available and people were walking through the area with their suitcases when there wasn't enough room to do this. The options for breakfast weren't great but having said that, we would probably stay again but maybe forego breakfast as an option."

"I loved the Hotel Riu London Westminister. The hotel was clean, secure, and provided a nice breakfast in the morning. The hotel was situated about 10-15 minutes walking distance from the london subway station. It was within walking distance to Big Ben, Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and other tourist sites. The hotel made Uber access very easy for its guests. The staff was very helpful and responded to requests very quickly. However, I wish the hotel had a restaurant that provided dinner service. The closest restaurants were within 10 minutes walking distance. After a long day of touring, it was tiring to have to walk 10-15 minutes to locate a place to have dinner. Despite this, I would choose to stay at the Hotel Riu London Westminister when I returm to London."
