The staff were very helpful - nothing was too much for them and we asked lots of questions. Room was comfortable and location very convenient.
Wish the bathroom more space, but nice to stay. Location is great in the centre of town.
Good friendly hotel. Handy for bus & train.check for bargains whdbnmñ .m
Hotel very nice and very friendly staff but terrible experience with Expedia.
The property is well-kept and beautiful. It is extremely convenient to Paddington train station and the Underground. The fire alarm sounded in the night and everyone exited the building. It would have been nice if staff had periodically came out front and gave updates on the status of the alarm.
No hot chocolate sachets in room, otherwise a lovely clean room
Excellent location. Very helpful staff. Tube nearby makes traveling around London easy.
Great location. Very large hotel so a lot of random stuff goes on that is beyond the hotel’s control. My most recent stay was a Friday night & I was awoken at 4.30am by someone knocking on my door fairly persistently. Breakfast good. Had to ask for my VIP Expedia extras - this happens quite a lot. ...
Staff were very friendly but rooms were very small
When you need the utmost convenience while in London, booking a room at a hotel close to the airport is the best bet. You are able to grab your gear from baggage claim and check into your room before your fellow passengers even leave the airport. Plus, you don't have to worry about paying for a taxi, or trying to follow directions in a place you aren't familiar with. Making your way through Londoncould be intimidating for someone new to the area. Reserving a stay at a London airport hotel washes all the troubles away, whether you are making London one leg of your yearly vacation like the hundreds of travelers who visited over the past year, brought the whole family along, or are in town for business.
