"The hotel is very well located. It’s within 10-20 min walking distance from space needle, Pike place market, and waterfront. The property was clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I had was the slow WiFi. I would recommend this property for families."
"Beautiful, old and a lot of history in this building! Staff was extremely nice. This could have been an oversight on my part, but they don't have an elevator due to the age of the building. Traveling with seniors that can't climb stairs on their own let alone with luggag, it was a bit tricky. My dad almost fell on the stairs. Staff never mentioned having help get luggage upstairs till the next day. Other than that, it's a beautiful hotel and a great location."

It is in easy walking distance to the Space Needle and surrounding museums and parks, or Pike Market. There are several excellent restaurants in the immediate neighborhood.
Staff is friendly and helpful and the property is clean. They offer loaner bikes to guests who may wish to bike around the vicinity, or public transportation is available at the two stops just the other side of the street. The view from the roof area is a must!

"Everything about this hotel is perfect for a vacation or if you’re going on a cruise. It’s 10 minutes from the port with a $15 per person shuttle service which is associated with the hotel. 15 minutes uber ride to the famous market place. The only thing is that on our second stay at the hotel we are got terrible hard towels to use. The pillows were old and a terrible smell on them. Other than that the hotel is perfect."
