Hotel Motel 6 di Pacific States

"The property was close to the House of Blues, which was great. The outside of the property also looked nice, however, it was different inside and in the hallways. There was a dead roach outside of my door and it stayed there from Friday to Sunday. The room was fine, but the bathroom didn't look very clean."

"Was not happy I called the property many times a day before to get into On bus and when I would land No response so I have to pay a a ride when I booked this for the shuttle and then they charge you with out telling you it cost extra Beds were crap place was kinda. Clean not worth the money"

"Room is nice and clean. Didn't have many complaints, other than lack of reliable wifi, but this was a big complaint for me, because I had a 4 week stay for work. Front desk staff doesn't care much either, and the most they offered is having maintenance reset the router. I finally had to ask to move to a room that was not a wifi deadzone, rather than them suggesting it for me, and then the wifi STILL went out again for a couple of days in the new room. "Scott from Front Desk had a great customer service. I came with 2 kids, stressed because we didn’t like the hotel we booked which was Ramada by Wyndham Oceanside and Scott showed us a few rooms. And very attentive to details and what is good with kids. Because of his great attitude willing to help to find the best room we chose to stay there. Everything was great. We loved it."
