"Staff at the front desk were very courteous and even offered some eating suggestions. My room was clean, the water was hot and the ac worked well. There are homeless people all over downtown but I felt safe as I navigated to the attractions and restaurants. Very close to food and major attractions as well as public buses which I used write a bit.No one bothered me. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are small and very clean. But perfect for just two of us. The staff is amazing. Just a short walk to Lumen Stadium. Lots of restaurants and bars. Only issue is the outlet by the sink didn't work. So getting ready was a little challenging as far as blow drying my hair. I had to sit at the desk with no mirror. I would definitely recommend to stay here. We will stay here again. "

The location is great easy to catch monorail to the center walk to restaurants, cafe, shopping. The elevator is secure the room was clean. Next stay I need a view! "
