"I didn't get to see much of the spa because you needed to book a facial or massage to use it. I had a pedicure but that didn't count for some reason. Would be nice if you could just pay a small fee if all you wanted to do was get access to the spa area for the day. And maybe put a few indoor plants in there; because there's no windows so it feels a little claustrophobic."

"We were upgraded to a deluxe ocean view room. The room and premises were gorgeous. Staff including the cultural activities were top notch we took full advantage of the pool area and water slides. The biggest inconvenience was trying to find a couple of chairs to relax and to keep our stuff while enjoying the pool. So many people reserve seats and don’t use the chairs.
