I politely asked them multiple times to lower their voices, but they ignored my requests and continued making noise. Their lack of consideration made it difficult to relax and negatively impacted my experience at the hotel."

The ice machine is currently broken. I came to the conclusion people live at this property. People were smoking weed outside of the rooms. Location was okay, there were two chains on my door if that tells you anything. I paid $92 for one night and I should have booked a hotel a few miles closer to Seatac."
