"The hotel was so fresh & new. Staff was amazing & so very friendly, even gave me a call to tell me I could check in early becasue my room was ready :) Loved the smell ,,, the air diffuser was such a clean, fresh smell. "

"After we checked out they charged my CC for $7.49 for a wash cloth they said was stained which is ridiculous. Afterwards my wife starting checking other reviews on other sites and low and behold this is a common practice this hotel uses because most people won’t go back after them. Wrong with me. My CC company took care of this and I contacted their corporate office for such a despicable practice. No more Best Westerns for us. Don’t stay there."

"Great breakfast, music, scenery Ann’s it was. So close to everything. Had its own restaurant and bar. Dog friendly which was a bonus!! Great price. Rooms are small, very small. But the price was good. The vibe was so chill! "

"The first room they showed us there was actual feces in the toilet. I asked him to have it cleaned, and he just took us to a different room that reeked of cigarette smoke. When I told him that wouldn’t work he took us to a third room that had urine caked and dried around the hinges of the toilet lid. We asked for a refund at that point and we’re refused."
