It was clean, safe, they provide a delicious buffet breakfast and even decorated my room for my birthday without me asking. All around great service. Also check-in was very smooth thanks to Alvin. "Excellent resort. The seaview rooms are fantastic... gorgeous view. Patong beach , shopping, restaurants, massages, night life are all accessible by walk ( 15 Mins or so) ... or a very short Tuk Tuk ride. "

"We loved everything about our stay from the room (cleaned daily), to the friendliness of the staff and variety at breakfast. The hotel is located close to Karon beach (you can walk but there is also a free shuttle service provided by the hotel) and lots of choices for restaurants and massage parlours nearby too. The resort is set on a hill, so isn’t ideal for those with mobility issues. However, the staff are very accommodating to guest needs day or night and provide a concierge service to your room if you don’t want to walk far. "

"This resort isAMAZING and the view from my room was surreal. I regret only staying two nights and I will definitely go back for at least week. This is the place to be when you want a relaxed vacation with some peace and quiet away from all the noise. Going during low season was a good move as it wasn't as crowded as it probably is during peak season but the weather was still wonderful. The staff is very polite and attentive. Always ready to jump in and help however they can. The Coconut rum drink at the "by the sea restaurant" was my addiction!!! Soooo good. "
