"We had a great stay at Kata Thani and really enjoyed the resort. The facilities are excellent, with plenty to keep both adults and kids entertained. The pools are fantastic, there are loads of activities, and the restaurants we tried were very good.
We stayed in the Bhuri Wing, which worked really well for families with children. There’s a great family-friendly atmosphere and plenty to do without needing to leave the resort.
The main downside is that the restaurants and facilities across the...

"This was the second time we stayed at Graceland. We had the large family room with the extra living room. The first thing we noticed was the hotel exterior needed a fresh coat of paint that’s not a horrible yellow. The lobby also needs updating. It appears tired and run down and smelled musty. The kids club was a huge disappointment too. Staff there was unfriendly (possibly did not speak English). The size of kids club was super tiny and the equipment was limited and run down. My kids did not...

"Needs some updating, no buggy service considering the only close by was a 7 eleven. There’s a service parking just in front for decoration. They should make use of that for service to guests instead of making guest walk to nearby locations."

"Pros:
Resort & Location: Huge resort with a grand foyer, massive pool, beautiful gardens, and excellent proximity to Karon Beach and local shops/restaurants.
Classic Vibe & Well-Maintained: Loved the traditional style with lots of wood and open spaces. You can see they work on maintenance (repainting, updating), which is no small task for a property this size.
Staff: Excellent service, attentive and warm.
Room: The Paradox Seaview Room was spacious for two and had a lovely outlook over the...
