"This little hotel is a gem. Clean, quiet, nice rooms with a/c, tv, free Netflix, free wifi and super friendly staff. The hotel is located near the Ciudad Colonial and at walking distance from Malecón de Santo Domingo. There are plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. Large, modern shopping centers are a short Uber ride away. If you are driving there is ample street parking. Conveniently two “colmados” are just a few meters away. They offer drinks and food items. "This property is in a great location for the historic colonial area of Santo Domingo. We had a rental car and had no problem finding parking the 3 days for our visit. The hotel is right on the pedestrian walkway. The room was great and the staff were wonderful. The breakfast was great too every morning."

"Excellent value for your money! The place is well located, clean and interesting. It doesn’t have amenities (like bottles of water) but the staff was helpful in telling where you could go buy things. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was delicious."

Most of the staff were super nice and helpful; I only had some issues with the check with the initial receptionist who kept getting upset with me for irrelevant things but it seems she was upset that I knew Spanish and was confronting her for her attitude... other than that the general staff was amazing, rooms were clean and tidy. "Great hotel and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I did not like that they had a wedding in the main area. Could not come or go without having to walk right through the middle of the wedding ceremony and they need to have ironing board and iron in the rooms."

The ownership group seems to be having problems upkeeping the property or just doesn’t have the money to do so. La ubicación excelente todo queda bien cerca el parque Colón 200 pies . El súper a unos 5 minutos los museos todo y lo mejor las noches con sus luces y restaurantes . Lo recomiendo al 100 es como la 5 vez que voy y esta fui por 15 días lo mejor"
