"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel offered a great value for the price, with clean, comfortable rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit, making us feel right at home. The food was surprisingly good, which made our stay even more convenient. "Sorry to say that this stay paled in comparison to our other Hyatt Place stays. Weird smell throughout, parking was not at all convenient. Hotel lobby, parking garage and elevator from garage smelled strongly of sewer. The evacuation at 3:40 am due to a fire alarm was certainly not the hotel's fault, but it would have been helpful to have an employee let us know when we had the all clear to return to our rooms, rather than relying on watching the firetruck leave to know it was safe."
