"I loved my four nights at The Store!!! It started with the amazing welcome by the friendly staff and a welcome drink upon a very hot arrival. My room was upgraded due to my Expedia status without even asking, and I was offered the food and beverage credit upon check-in. I have found that to get these perks at some VIP hotels, you often have to ask specifically. The room itself was so clean, bright, and cheerful, and they had lovely music playing upon arrival....small touches that make an environment feel very welcoming. The waters and such in the minibar were included and restocked daily. Housekeeping refreshed the room daily. The air conditioning was a bit weak, but I asked for a fan, and it arrived at my room within minutes. The restaurant was great for both breakfast and dinner. The spa's thermal area, which guests enjoy at no cost, was lovely. The only con I encountered was that I was never able to get the screen casting to work, and on the last day, the channels on my TV stopped working. The pros more than made up for that. Everyone I encountered was so kind and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the spa area. The room was a bright, calming oasis at the end of a long day. I was truly sad to check out. This was a wonderful stay! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. When I return to Oxford, this will definitely be where I stay!"

"The room was clean, and the hotel is in a very nice area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was quite small. There was a coffee machine in the lobby, but a sign saying the hotel had run out of cups remained there for over a day."

"Beautiful properly and excellent staff. Everything we were hoping for in our first visit to Oxford. Only challenge was we came during a heatwave and the hotel does not have AC. Staff tried to help with fans but it was simply too hot."
