"I arrived at 1am after driving all day and Courtney checked me in and was incredible. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and she was fantastic. "We stayed here for the nostalgia, it’s been 25 years since we came to the Thunderbird and it didn’t disappoint! I’m pretty sure the pool was closed then too - but we weren’t there to swim and it’s not advertised as having a pool. We just enjoyed the humor of it all. The room was clean and the guy who checked us in was friendly. If you’re looking for luxury, then pay quadruple the price and stay elsewhere!
