"It’s everything as advertised. Downtown is walkably close. If you want to scoot, that’s a thing you can do too. The bed is soft, the elevator works, the heat works real well, there’s a TV, and the shower has a lot of pressure. It’s a fine hotel for the price and location. Dont sleep on the Cascadia toiletries either."

"I really enjoyed staying here. My son and I were doing a college visit at Boise State. The location was perfect. I loved that we were beside the green belt. I wish there was a better direct path to get on the green belt bike path. But it was wonderful to use and we used it everyday. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was great! Always stocked with toast, eggs, bacon, potatoes, drinks, waffles, fruit yogurt, coffee and tea! I wish it lasted till 11a. But all in all everything was a five. I will stay here again."

"Well, they couldn’t find my reservation to begin with. Then we notified them the phone did not work, the sink was plugged and the heat/air didn’t work well at all! You either were baking or freezing, no comfortable zone! Needless to say, nothing was done to correct our requests! Dirty towels and rags were also left in our room! People were really friendly, accommodations were lacking! "

"I was hoping for continental breakfast. But they don't offer that. The room also didn't have eating utensils or plates, so the kitchenette was useless. The large fridge was nice."

"The Hotel was really clean and nice. The breakfast was great! We actually had an issue with our original room and they switched our room for us with a kind smile! The only reason I give this hotel a 3 star review is because the walls are paper thin. At 4am our Neigbor started talking on the phone and we could hear literally every word. And the man wasn’t yelling. He actually sounded like he was using a normal talking voice. It woke us up. Luckily I had some ear plugs that my husband and I started using and we were able to fall back asleep. The rest of the hotel experience was really quite lovely, but since most people go to hotels to sleep I felt like I needed to give this hotel a lower review."
