"The Auberge Hotal is a nice place to stay at and is in a lovely, peaceful location. However, the hotel management doesn't make you feel welcome and are really impolite, unfriendly and apathetic.
The junior staff are the opposite and do their best to make you feel welcome, are courteous and empathetic."

"I had to carry my luggage for at least a block , not taxi can get to the door , it was raining and when I ask for help there is not body to help you only the attendant at the window and he said he can not leave the office
Lousy please do not book this place , is not quite what they show in the advertisement

"Wonderful hotel. The beach is right outside your front door. About 10 minute walk to the pier, and about a 30 minute ferry ride into Hong Kong. About 1 hr 15 min bus ride to and from the airport. A great option for those wishing to visit Hong Kong without staying in Hong Kong, and cheaper too! The staff speak English and are very helpful and nice."
