"The hotel itself is mostly fine, with a good location and a nice view. The staff, however, were the worst among our eight stays in Sri Lanka. They weren’t friendly or helpful and had a clear “what do you want” attitude. They even woke us at 10 p.m. to ask what breakfast we wanted, which is unacceptable. "Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Auf unsere Anfrage hin wurde das Zimmer problemlos gewechselt, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Das neue Zimmer war sehr modern, sauber und neuwertig. Das Frühstück war für sri-lankische Verhältnisse gut und ausreichend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeber.
