"The hotel itself is mostly fine, with a good location and a nice view. The staff, however, were the worst among our eight stays in Sri Lanka. They weren’t friendly or helpful and had a clear “what do you want” attitude. They even woke us at 10 p.m. to ask what breakfast we wanted, which is unacceptable. "Amazing location overlooking Coral Beach which is a nice quieter end of Mirissa beach enjoyed by locals. The room was very clean but the air con dripped a lot creating pools of water on the floor and the bathroom was incredible hot and humid as it has a vent to the outdoors and a heavy door so the aircon can’t flow in. Really lovely staff and a fantastic restaurant downstairs. "
