"I loved the convenience of the location to Loyola university. It was walking distance. The host was very nice and responsive. I loved that there were snack and breakfast left out in the kitchen for guest to consume at their leisure. What I did not like was the steep long stairs to get up to the rooms. There was not an elevator or anyone available to help get the luggage up to the rooms. If you are elderly with knees or back problems, this will be difficult for you to deal with on a daily...

"The TV didn’t work, there was a closet with no rack, just an empty closet, no hand soap only a small bottle of shampoo, no hair dryer. The bed was fine but there were burn holes in the blanket which was just a sheet and a duvet COVER, no actual comforter. This was insanely disappointing for what I paid. Absolutely terrible, I wouldn’t suggest this to my worst enemy"

"I just booked a room for a place to rest my head, because I had to be at a conference the next morning. I honestly thought it was overpriced, but it was the cheapest place I came across. The check in process took a while to get my key. The Inn policy was NO SMOKING and fees would be charged if you smoked in the room, they even charged me another $100 for a deposit, to make sure we didn't smoke. To get some sleep it was alright, I I wouldn't book a room to stay in for a week."

"Rooms are very modern and well put together, and the location can’t be beat. You’re near the heart of the city and just a few blocks from the water. The staff were amazing with their hospitality, they recommended many great dining and entertainment options to check out during my stay. Our fire alarm had an issue, and the staff fixed the issue and even upgraded our room for us free of charge! Couldn’t have been more pleased, and don’t forget the two restaurants attached - amazing. "The room did not look like the photos used online- later found that the photos used were of newly renovated rooms in the building. Theirs is no parking like it claims as well, had to park on the street and pay for street parking and it was terrifying as a female alone walking back from my car at night."
