"The hotel is beautiful. The room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with high quality amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. They offered more bread than we could eat and they were delicious. We also like how the hotel will plant a tree if we decide to skip room cleaning service for a day."

"This property is beautiful! The staff went above and beyond to help us get settled in. The room is truly the coolest room we have ever experienced! I chose this property because it is right across the street from the Holland America cruise terminal. But i would book this again even if we weren't going on a cruise. It's that good!"

"The sophisticated bunk bed design is really unique, our kids loved it. Beds were also big and extremely comfy. The bathroom is stylish but not really practical as the floor tiles get pretty slippery when wet. Room was spacious and everyone had space to hang out. Patio was beautiful but not well maintained. "Spent more than I normally would to upgrade to an Executive Room and definitely didn’t regret it. There was a massive amount of space and it was great to have a bath as well as a shower.
