"The apartment was very clean and it had a kitchenette that you could do a bit of cooking. We enjoyed that it was right across the street from the train station, so very convenient for us. Our apartment was a corner apartment so it had lots of windows facing the train station. Each floor had their own laundromat. Staff were super friendly and ready to tell you tourist information. We would definitely stay here again."

"I have stayed at many an Ibis but this one was the best. The young people at the front desk were delightful. The room was great - actually there were 3 of us and we got two rooms for what was the price of one in most places. The location was perfect and Rotterdam is a great city. I hope to go back and when I do, I will choose Ibis. Ah, one more thing - my brother cut himself removing the luggage from the storage locker and again, the front desk staff were great in administering first aid and sympathy!!:) Thank you for great service with a great attitude! Winnie"
