"Easy parking, easy check in, a bit far from stuff if you don't have a car"

"Chateau Montebello is not just a hotel but a total experience. The resort is beautiful and well manicured and the Fairmont style employees make you feel really welcomed. We have stayed at the chateau for many many years and it never disappoints. The only negative comment is that the price of the food & beverage is astronomical $$ but well worth the experience."

"I recently stayed here for two nights while traveling alone. Traveling on my own, I thought it would be nice to treat myself and stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Upon arrival, I was informed that there is a $500 fine for smoking in the room, which is completely understandable. However, what was not explained was the significant amount that would be placed on hold on my credit card...

"The room was large, linen beautiful, nice bathroom and shower!! The vent in the room was very loud all night no way of adjusting to make air noise stop! I didnt sleep toll 02 and noise did not stop till 07."

"For me the location is great, good for visiting and access to the airport, being a motel driving to within steps of my suite front door. The grounds around large lawn area, area for sitting outside and not on a major road less traffic and noise. I have stayed there several times over years while visiting family in the Ottawa area and expect to in the future."
