"I thought the staff were really great and I liked that the free breakfast had fresh berries! The airport shuttle was more organized than most and he actually left a few min early which is not something I’ve experienced anywhere else!"

"Parking, breakfast and wifi was included so it was peace of mind for us. Superficially clean but there was some dust on curtain panels in our room and panels were dark blue so it was visible. Overall it was good and yes for sure I would consider this business again if we visit Ottawa. "

"All in all the hotel is great, accessible going to downtown, airport and getting food - the breakfast was wonderful, the staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean, only have noticed on the laundry guest - the washing machines are moldy - I think its time to have it deep cleaning - Thank you"
