"This is my fifth time going to the same place. This time, however, I wanted to check out late, our daughter had an exam, finishing at 4pm. The plan was to check out, pick her up and drive home.
Sadly, we were allowed only an hour and a half past the check out time.
I thought our request could have been accommodated, especially for a repeat customer."
