"Lovey friendly staff especially Emma and Charlie. Went above and beyond and very welcoming. Breakfast was lovely, room was wonderful.
Advice going forward - a sheet to help understand the air con unit. We struggled and was very cold one evening as it would not turn off or onto heat. Housekeeping even tried.
100% stay here again and recommend. Shame rooftop was not open as cold would have completed the experience. Will be back"

"Lovely stay - nice room overlooking the canal. Breakfast was good, but glad I included it at booking as the daily rate is a bit steep i.e £20 for full English Breakfast. Always perplexes me when it is a double room that there is only one chair to sit on around the table - why not two chairs, as you don't always want to sit on the bed. Good checkout, and left my luggage for a few hours. "
