"Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was amazing. I loved the setup having the bedroom separate to the lounge. Pressure for the shower was absolutely amazing, bed was a little hard but got comfortable in the end. Due to security reasons visitors are not allowed which is not stated on the site however the receptionist was willing to allow my family to come through. Highly recommended."

"Very helpful staff. I didn't see the email with self-check-in details and it was getting late so I called. Answered right away and sent me details via text. Very kind and helpful. Room was lovely and clean. Easy to find and self check-in. Will be staying here again."

"We had a great stay at JetPark Hotel Auckland Airport. The property was clean and tidy throughout, which made for a really comfortable experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help when needed. There was plenty of parking available, which made things easy, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a convenient and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend!"

"Liked it was close to airport - and had an airport shuttle!! All staff I met were welcoming and helpful - especially registration! Beds comfy and immaculate!! Bathrooms large and spotless! Would stay again!!"
