"Beautiful hotel in a great location. We had a one bedroom suite and loved it. The shower with the push button on off for overhead rain shower or hand held was a first for us and the best system we've ever experienced. Helpful staff and nice buffet breakfast as well. Lastly we had dinner in the hotel and the food was excellent!!"

"Super cute boutique hotel in a great location. Unit had everything we needed. It was very clean and modern, beds were super comfortable. Kitchen facility was great, we needed help with stove top and the host came immediate and helped us resolve the issue. It wasn't really an issue as much as just had to be reset. Upon check in the host gave us multiple suggestion for things to take in and do, all were exceptional. Top notch all the way!!! Would definitely stay again if in the area or recommend...

"Lovely big apartment with super kitchenette, that had everything required for a 2 night stay. Onsite parking was great , as were the small balconies to get a good air flow. Very handy sort walk to the centre of Dunedin and everything it has to offer. Easy car access to the Otago peninsular as well. We can thoroughly recommend this motel and Dunedin and surrounds as well."

"This is a very upmarket modern Hotel with kitchen facilities. The staff are just like family very friendly, helpful and interested in how and what you are going to see and do for the with ideas to help. The rooms are more than and far exceeds more exceptions. "We had a spacious two bedroom unit and very comfortable. Good shower. A 5 minute walk to the supermarket and restaurants. The lovely botanic Gardens across the road. Bus stop 3 minutes walk. "

"Parking was primitive and difficult with too few carparks. Bed mattress was like a slab of concrete. Stairs to upper rooms steep very difficult to manage heavy luggage. Would not go back. No staff on duty when we arrived before the office was due to close. "
