"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotels beach was not really kid friendly, or even adult friendly. (at least not for me) There was no space to put our towels and beach accessories. We walked about 5 extra minutes to get to the other side of the beach, which was in front of another hotel and it was a little nicer there. There was a beach about 5 min away (by car), from the hotel (Playa Carillo), and it was BEAUTIFUL! Brian, the manager was so kind to give us a ride in his personal car...

"This hotel was a perfect 10/10. The service was impeccable, probably the best I’ve had in years, staff is nice and welcoming, always willing to help you with any of your needs or questions. Communication with front desk is ideal, when you arrive, they give you their whatsapp number which allows you to book the restaurant, ask them questions or book your shuttle. Talking about the shuffle, we did not see anything about it when booking, but they have a free shuttle from the hotel to different...

"This is a great boutique hotel for someone looking for a reclusive and quite stay. It is located in the mountains with gorgeous views. Fyi. The standard room only has one queen size bed. If you're traveling with friends, it is best to book separate rooms unless you want to share a bed. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. We are so glad to have chosen LADE."
