"When I say this hotel went above and beyond, I mean it. I screwed up my booking and arrived a day early. They not only phoned around to find a close hotel with an opening for the night (as they were full that night), they got all of my luggage to the other hotel, gave me a complimentary drink, got my luggage back on my actual reservation day, and gave me the best recommendations for food and coffee. "Hotel is in an excellent area. Very easy to get around from here. Tourist sights are all in walking distance The rooms could do with a bit of updating. Don't know if this applies to all rooms. Breakfast was fine. And it was easy to get to sleep , all quiet on a night, even though it is in a lively area throughout the day."

"The room was nice and clean; the owner seemed a little put out at first because Expedia had overbooked us and she didn’t seem to happy. When we asked her about coffee in the morning she looked at us like we’d lost our mind! It all turned out fine and she had coffee for us in the morning for a small charge. The hotel is beautiful and I wonder what the spa services would be like. We weren’t given any options to utilize them."

"We loved everything about this hotel except our room (25) was very noisy because of the hotel restaurant's loud and mostly electronic music. Ww couldn't use our balcony and had to keep all windows and doors shut to muffle the vibration and sound! We had to ask repeatefly for it to be turned down - and even then it wasn't enough for us to enjoy our stay. A lot iof money spent and very disappointing!"
