"Staff were extremely kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that there was no phone in the room for questions, wake-up calls, etc."

"It is a basic clean hotel. The concept is efficiently operated. 24/7 in house staff to address the needs. The location to Oslo s is only a mere 3min walk. Citybox oslo is kind enough to change my room facing noisy trams line. Subsequently, my room was facing void courtyard where i could hear chinese couple quarrel.at 4am, loud hp music, talkg till late at night from nearby windows and also my opp room. Depending on your luck, it could be pleasant. Pantry is available at ground floor."

"Great hotel in the middle of Oslo. Very central location, within walking distance if all the sights, and a stones throw from the harbour. Easy check in and check out processes. My only criticism is that my room faced inwards onto a courtyard (no sunlight or ability to see the weather outside), and I was unable to open the window, so room was a little stuffy. Otherwise a great experience! "

"I found this property very clean and reasonably comfortable. They had a laundry room which was very handy and a comprehensive buffet breakfast. It was a quiet area and quite away from the city centre, which is an expensive taxi ride too and from. There are local buses and trams which may get you near, if you can work out how to find and interpret the stops etc."
