We loved our stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely amazing (we can’t stop telling everyone how much we enjoyed it) and so was the dinner at the restaurant!! Staff is very nice as well. One of the highlights of our trip to Norway.

The hotel was a little further out from city centre than I thought. However very easy to get from airport as airport shuttle bus stops outside during the day and a short distance away during the evening. The tube station is a 5 min (uphill) walk away for an easy ride into the city. A warning when buying a ticket if you are spending under 200K you can only use coins to buy your tickets. You can only use the App using a Norway/Swedish/Danish credit card. Good size room. Great breakfast which was always well stocked. Helpful staff. Though the hotel is on a busy road it is very quiet.

The shower head fell off its mount several times while I was showering, swinging down and hitting me in the head. My husband experienced the same issue. We told the front desk and they were unapologetic and unfazed.

Not happy with the service from the staff. Halls are covered with carpetfloors which smells. During our stay there was alot of bikergang members from Hells Angels. When we tried to tell the staff of our terrible experience with said members of said gang they didnt listen. Pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast system was chaotic.
The information about parking was bad. It was no information about the pricing of parking which we were enlightened at our arrival.

We will certainly take this up with the housekeeping department regarding the smell of the carpets in the halls.
Regarding the comment of our guests.
We have strict routines regarding the saftey of our guests we check ID and have routine visits from Nokas/security everyday.
If it comes to our attention that a guest is be being mistreated, discriminated or in danger will we always make it our top priority to make sure that this does not continue.
Once again we are sorry to hear we didn’t meet your expectations on your recent stay.
I hope we have the opportunity of welcoming you back in the near future.
