We had booked this accommodation for 2 nights for 4 persons. After entering the apartment there were only 3 beds made. The fourth bed was hidden under bed 3. But there were no blankets for those 2 beds.
The worst was the bathroom, especially the shower! It was so dirty and there were bugs walking on the floor.
Because it was already evening when we checked in we stayed for the night but the next day we moved to a hotel. This place is an absolute no-go!

Property is old. We like that there’s mineral water dispenser provided for us.
However, we were surprised to be asked 400RM then eventually 300RM deposit plus 50RM cleaning fees and 10RM Tourist tax. We rented other stays before but never asked the above. So it’s taken us for a surprise.
The carpark is so narrow we almost scratched our car and we saw scratch marks on the walls and on some cars.
Carpark lift is so old. And rubbish bin outside lift landing is full and smelly.
Door to the apartment can’t be opened from outside when someone turned the lock and it’s so inconvenient to have to wake up others to open the door manually.
TV can’t be assessed it’s there for show.

카운터에사람 암튼 직원이없어서 연락하기 되게까다로움 숙소를 실수로 하나은 에어비앤비 하난호텔스닷컴으로해서 두개를 선택햇는데 하나 취소수수료내도 취소를 하고싶엇는데 인터넷에 안눌려서 왓츠앱으로 여러번 문의햇는데 연락겁나안됨
전반적인 숙소내부도 좀 지저분해보엿고 심지어복도에서 바퀴도본마당에 찝찝하담느낌을 떨릴수없었음 이근방에잇엇던 다른호텔에서도 묵어봤는데 엄청 비교됨

very bad , there is no water on the second day morning until 9:30. whatsapp the manager and he replied at 2 pm. also, there is no hairdryer and toothbrush . the swimming pool is not free, it costs 30.

객실 주인은 우리가 온 첫날 우리를 맞이하지 않고 다음날 오전에 우리에게 호텔규칙에 대해 설명했습니다.
모든게 불편했다. 도착첫날 호텔 객실까지 들어가기 까지 한시간 정도 소요됐습니다. 전혀 안내가 이루어지지 않았습니다.
객실이 지저분했고 화장실 벽면에 세면대가 위험하게 매달려있어서 다칠우려가 있었습니다.

Not worthy the amount paid
The linean was not clean and not ironed with big visible stains, towels were stained and we never used them
General room cleanliness is poor and there were cockroaches at night
The walls were very dirty
The bathroom and toilet were a disaster, water leaked from the shower flooding the toilet floor after showering
Only 2 toilet paper rolls provided for a family of 5 for the whole 14 days stay.
The amenities are non existant, swimming pool is at MR50/ person per day not as advertised
The room pictures on the internet are very misleading this is not what you pay for, its a complete con job.
We could not get accomodation as it was a busy period otherwise we would have checked out.
The apartment will.do with maintainance, this is not a 4 star facility, very disappointed considering amount paid.and that this was booked way in advance.
I have stayed in SOHO apartments, this is not their usual standard.
This was not value for money, will not stay or recommend anyone.

The apartment is strategically located and just 5 mins walk to The pavillon, Suria mall and twin towers, 15 mins to China Town and almost you can visit everywhere in Kuala by uber for just 8 $ max.

We booked the apartment for our trip (3-5 Sep 2017) in Jan 2017. It started out ok, a friendly staff sent me a whatsapp msg to confirm our arrival etc, a week before our arrival.
When we checked in to our apartment, not only the living room space was kinda small for 8 of us, we were surprised to see a baby roach on the toilet floor of 1 of the room. We thought nothing of it. We placed our things, cleaned up and left for our activities. When we came back, we saw baby roaches, not only in that particular bathroom (again), but also in the other connecting toilet and also the kitchen top. As it was late, I whatsapp the staff the next morning. He said, "they won't crawl on the bed, only on the floor." "it's just baby cockroaches." How convenient is that? Since we were only staying for 2 nights, we didn't bother to go through the hassle of exchanging apartments. On the 2nd night, while we were awake and chatting, a baby roach was crawling on the bed frame! I straightaway whatsapp the staff and sent him a photo of it and said, "You said they don't crawl on the bed? Well, you were wrong." He replied, "Noted, sorry for the inconvenience caused."
No compensation but he made an offer (sounds like a bribery), he said that he will not charge us fees for "keeping the luggages" while we wait for our transport to come at 4pm (flight is at 5.40pm), but "I will need a favour from you. Please give a 10 star review on Expedia". Sorry Kent, but we had a very bad & unhappy experience & service.

I make reservation at Soho Suites for my family vacation. The location is situation on a one way street and it is not easy to get there without going round and round if you drive. During check-in I was told that I need to pay MYR $100 for cleaning and MYR $500 in cash for deposit. Apparently its in very fine prints on the website which obviously I did not take notice. Usage of gym is at MYR $50 per day per individual, so essentially there is no amenities. The TV works on internet reception which is extremely slow when changing channels, forget about watching movies as the lag was very bad. There is no daily cleaning as it will be a weekly cleaning. The sharing toilet leaks badly and wetted the entire toilet area as the sealing is none existence. Best of all, the night before we left, both toilet in the apartment are choked. The ironing board has holes and temporary foam sheet was placed on the board which is illogical as it will melt under high heat from the iron. Beside the close proximity to KLCC, there is no advantage of the location.

Excellent location
Overall rating for this hotel is Excellent for 2bedroom apartment
But the toilet is only 1 that both side can access. If you have 2 family
Stay in you will need to wait till some 1 finish.
Service is good, person incharge always answer when there is a need.
Unfortunately the place do not have any receiption or conceige
All will go thru person incharge and he will manage ur needs
Local area if u want to go shopping is very near to KLCC n Pavillion
KL very busy road for those driver not sure on the road, there is a grab
car that can pick you up and sent to ur destination.
