"Clean rooms, comfortable beds, airport transportation, and a breakfast. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. We arrived a hour before check in, and still were able to get our room then. "I liked being able to walk there mostly inside from the SeaTac terminal. The room was decent and comfortable, but the hallway looked a bit worn and dated, and the doorways to the elevators are small. Don't try to take a loaded luggage cart into one with the suitcases loaded sideways."

"The staff was nice. However, I reserved and paid for 2 queen beds on Expedia, but when I got there, I was told that I paid for a single queen and I had pay extra for 2 queen beds, even though my Expedia reservation stated 2 queen beds. It was late at night and we were tired, so I paid the extra, but it didn't seem right. We won't stay there again."

"Angel helped check us in. He was super genuine and kind. He made checking in pleasant! He throughly went through all amenities for us and explained breakfast hours. Super clean when we walked in and rooms were also super clean and fresh smelling. You can tell they actually enjoy working there. Staff was amazing there.
Angel is a perfect example of what your employee should present theirselves.
