Staff wasn’t very welcoming. Did Not receive my water and warm cookie. When asking about food in the area they weren’t very accommodating just slipped a paper with local restaurants. Same when we inquired about transportation to the pier . My room clean except it had a strong stench of cheap cologne sprayed into the heating unit vent.

Nice hotel really nice clean room. Breakfast was average no different from what you get in any hotel breakfast. Only complaint their hotel transfer bus never arrived to pick us up after calling twice. Waiting over an hour. Hotel only minutes away. Caught a different ride

After a long day of traveling, the free shuttle bus took us to the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was great.

Road noise kept us awake all night. Shuttle driver from the hotel to airport didn't show. So, another employee came but was in no hurry for the guests and told guests that he needed to get some breakfast before leaving. He also had to pick people up at a neighboring hotel. We called an Uber. I didn't have time for that since our flight boarded at 5:25 a.m.

Nobody ever picks up the phone at front desk. You have to go down to front desk for somebody to listen to you. Car got broken into in the parking lot. Staff was not helpful at all Air conditioning was broken in the room Terrible terrible experience will never ever stay there again
