"A bed bug infestation completely ruined our stay. There were four of us, and at first we thought we were just getting mosquito bites. We later realized they were actually bed bug bites. Because the room had traditional tatami flooring, it was almost impossible to spot or catch the bed bugs. We all suffered from multiple bites during our stay. The bedding was clearly not washed. There were visible stains on the comforters, and instead of using proper duvet covers, they were simply covered with...

"Location was a strong point, close to Doton Plaza with transportation access, access also to restaurants and scenic canal. Property functional , staff helpful but experience limited as little english spoken (understandable since this is Japan). Towels thin and worn but clean. This is a ryokan, so seating all on the floor which may be difficult for those with hip/knee problems."

"It was probably best choice I made as really close to Nara park with all deer that can be polite but scary at same time. Worth the experience. I want say the traditional style was amazing be prepared as all stairs . Amenities like private bath traditional style ice machine on fist floor and massage chairs. And when you check out want explore can leave luggage in massage chair room until ready go next destination. I high recommend and come back."

"7/3〜4日の一泊朝食付きプランで宿泊。 フロントの男性はとても優しい笑顔の方で対応も凄く良かったです。 ロビーにはフリードリンクがあり夜はアルコールも飲む事が出来ます。私は白ワインを頂きキャラメルポップコーンもとても美味しかった。 お風呂は露天風呂もありそこから見える夜景はとても綺麗です。お湯もとても柔らかく温度も適度です。 ただ、アメニティー関係は少し少なめかな？ 後桶とお風呂の椅子はもう少し丁寧にお掃除必要かも？？ お部屋はとても清潔感ありシンプルです。ただこちらも夜景は最高でした。Wi-Fiもありです。ちなみに部屋にお風呂はありません。 朝ご飯は和食です。THE日本の朝ご飯と言う感じ。品数も豊富でご飯とお味噌汁はおかわり出来ます。ご飯、しじみの味噌汁、茶碗蒸しが特に美味しかったです。 どのスタッフの方も大変感じが良く次は紅葉の季節に行きたいなぁと思います。"
