Though the staff had limited English, everything was communicated well and I felt very welcomed and comfortable. "Rooms very super clean. We stayed in rm. 411 and the outdoor onsen was indescribably amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer shuttle within the onsen area which is super helpful. The onsen experience was amazing. Tho’ a bit pricey, I will definitely stay here again as a treat. The Kaseiki dinner was also amazing. It was a lot of food. Almost like tapas as there are many small portions (11 courses in total). After dinner, another onsen. Out of this world experience!"
