Family room was great! We had the japanese / western style room... it had 2 queen beds (or bigger double?) and 2 singles set up japanese style. It was awesome. Room was very spacious, very clean, very close walk to the mall which then goes on to Dotonbori.

Lovely staff, quick and easy checking in. Great room, clean and comfy. Not loud at all didn’t need to use ear plugs my whole stay. Had its own air conditioning unit/heat pump for the room which was really handy for the summer weather. Walking distance to food, shops and trains.

An excellent 3 stars property near Dontonbori with access to multiple trains/metro lines within minutes. Lots of places to eat and shops to choose from. The service from the front desk staff were efficient and professional. Complimentry coffee service in the lobby available around the clock. A 7-11 is right next door. Highly recommended.

Great Location, Simple & Functional for Solo

Great location, close to the popular shopping and street food areas but far enough to not get caught up in the chaos and crowds. A very short walk from Nagahoribashi station and the 7/11 just downstairs is very convenient too. The room was cleaned pretty well. One of the towels had a faded stain. The space was perfect for a solo traveller but as always, there’s not enough clothes hangers. Second floor has laundry and a small manga library. Would definitely stay here again.

A nice budget friendly business hotel. Easy walkable access to local areas, a pleasant 15 walk from Dotonbori etc. Plenty of resturaunts and bars around. Train station is very close. 7/11 right next door. My room was a small but clean single room with a good shower and bed, though the bed was fairly hard. Fridge, TV, desk etc. Breakfast was nice and was always well stocked. Alcoholic and soft drinks available at reception or at the vending machine. Smoking room, vending machine and laundry on 2nd floor. Staff were very friendly. Would stay again.

Pros: 1. The hotel itself was at the exit to a local subway station so getting to and from the hotel was easy and convenient. 2. The staff was very attentive, and even though I didn't speak a lot of Japanese, the staff worked their hardest to communicate with me in English, and I tried to communicate back in Japanese (to the best of my abilities). 3. The breakfast buffet was local Japanese cuisine, and I enjoyed the buffet every morning! 4. The room itself was clean and nice for my intended purpose of traveling around Osaka. The hotel offered limited hotel cleaning, but they were very helpful when I asked for an extra pillow, etc. 5. The neighborhood around the hotel, was quiet and I felt safe. The hotel is also within walking distance from the Shinsaibashi shopping district (around a 5-minute walk) and then once you travel south, you hit Dotonburi (around a 10-minute walk) which was surprising! Cons: 1. None that I can remember Overall, it was a great hotel in terms of the staff and location. I enjoyed staying at this hotel, and I don't mind coming back again in the future when I come back to visit Osaka.
