The room is nice and clean and big enough to be comfortable to stay in 3 persons. the stuffs are very nice and great services. My boys insisted that they wanted to come back again to this hotel for sure.

Absolutely love that Universal is across the street. The JR train is there also. Facilities were clean and very modern.

Great hotel if you want to go to Universal Studios, it’s a 7 min walk. Unfortunately being near Universal Studios, there’s not a lot of great shops and food nearby. The hotel itself was nice; the room was large by Japanese standards, and modern. The lifts get crazy busy during peak times.

Wonderful Universal Studio Japan hotel. 5 min walk to universal studio Japan. Literally next to the JR station. Because it's proximity to USJ, plenty of restaurants, shops and convenience stores. We love the Lawson downstairs. We checked-in in the morning and stored our luggage at the hotel. When we came back, they brought our luggage to our room. (very sweet gesture). multi-lingual, friendly staff. We will definitely stay here if we ever go back to USJ again!!!

Staff are welcoming and helpful, beautiful hotel in a perfect location to the park. Only negative was very hard bed and pillows (pillows are half filled with some sort of plastic beans) but that is a personal preference. Large breakfast variety, fresh and tasty. Also recommend the connected convenience store!

The hotel rooms were decent size and clean, the staff was very friendly and the property was decorated with the Minions theme which was so adorable. Very close to Universal Studios and the train station.

I visited Japan in December and stayed here, I had such a good experience at this hotel that I decided to come back. It is across the street from the train station and Universal City Walk, so super convenient if you're planning on going to Universal Studios Japan. The hotel is clean, neat and has cute minion decorations:) The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was really spacious and I had a great view of the park from the room. [They also hold your luggage before and after you check in/out]. If I get the chance to come back and go to Universal Studios Japan, I would love to stay here again! :)

Everything was great, just a few minute walk to everything I needed; and Universal Studios is just around the corner. The room was so roomy, the staff were all nice; I would come back to this hotel. Highly recommended.

Can't fault this hotel - great proximity to the station and USJ, cute Minion theme, bright vibrant rooms and an excellent breakfast. Also really good set up for luggage storage. Highly recommend to make your USJ experience easy.

The hotel is decorated beautifully with a dreamlike vibe. The breakfast buffet is superb. The room is impeccable and quiet with separate toilet, wash basin and bathroom. Across the street is the metro stop, the Universal City and a hustling business street with convenient stores, dozens of restaurants and clothes shops.

This hotel is a very short walk to Universal Studios Japan and the CityWalk shops and restaurants, as well as the subway station. The hotel has a very cute Minion theme. We had the Christmas lunch buffet at the restaurant that was very good. The staff have some basic English but best to have google translate handy for anything complex. Overall, very pleased.

This hotel is great. There are 4 single beds. It’s enough for our family. It’s short walk to UJS and the subway station.

Still a pretty new building, very clean and great service. There's not much around except Universal Studios and the Universal City Walk, but if that's all you need then you're set. It's right near a train station where you can get to Osaka or Kyoto.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Stayed in a room for 4 people. In order to fit enough beds for 4 people, all other space was sacrificed. There was barely enough space to put the suitcases on the floor. Staff was super nice and helpful.
