Very comfortable stay. The room was spacious. It was near a busy highway so it can get a little noisy. Great location.. there were multiple entrances to the subway just outside of the hotel and also walking distance to dotombori and other restaurants and malls.

I don’t see the staff beside of clicking the bell during check in day 1 But I found that they may checking the cctv all the time as they come to my room for me right after I arrive Anyway it is a nice and quiet hotel

Great Location! Stay in the Villa.
Stayed in the Villa portion of hotel which has larger, modern rooms. Great location right on Namba Walk and close to station and Dotonbori. The parking is in a vertical structure so in-and-out access to your vehicle isn't easy.

The outdoor public bath was good. Problem? We did not know this existed. Also, we had a hard time carrying our luggage up the steps from the subway exit and then the hotel entrance.

Hotel was close to the Bus station, Dotonbori and other shopping and dining areas. Room was not as clean as I would've liked as I found multiple pieces of hair on the floor after checking in.

Our room stank of cigarette smoke and we had asked for a non-smoking room. We asked to be changed to a non-smoking room but none were available. The bed was very uncomfortable. We had way better rooms in Tokyo and Kyoto for less cost.

Amazing stay
Amazing stay at Hotel Kanade. The access to the subway was literally just beside the hotel. Room was surprisingly big and condition of the room was wonderful. Lobby staff were wonderful and very helpful too.

First Trip to Osaka
Hotel is located close to all amenities & 2 steps to Namba subway station and one block to Osaka City Air Terminal OCAT to catch limousine bus to airport. Walking distance to shopping areas and restaurants. Rooms are small & double room bed is only good for Asian size guests. Very friendly staff & would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

AMAZING location ~ easy access to transportation
This hotel had an AMAZING location! We took a bus from Osaka KIX Airport to OCAT (bus/train) station, then a quick walk outside to our hotel. There was a subway entrance just outside the hotel. The $8 breakfast was completely worth it! The room was large and comfortable with a wonderful air conditioning unit. OCAT had a lot of dining and shopping options. I would stay there again!

Quiet. Although it is easy to find the hotel via the underground walkway, it was quite a walk from Nankai Namba Station.

Nice and new hotel at a good location. We arrived late at night at around 11pm and no one was there at the reception. We rang the bell multiple times and waited for around 20 minutes still no one came. Then we rang the bell continuously and finally someone came.

Could choose better hotels.
Room was creepy with too many pairs of slippers provided. Old furniture & room is very dull not much sunlight can penetrate into the room. Toilet stinks too. Fall down on my 1st day of checkin & hurt my face. Only plus point, near to JR metro. No staff available at counter. No eateries and convenience store nearby hotel.

Note on accessibility: it's right outside Namba station exit 28/29 but *NO* lift/escalator, take exit 30 instead if you're lugging suitcases and baby strollers then (a short) cross the street. Great location right above (blue) Metro Yotsubashi line and a short walk from JR Namba which is also the OCAT bus terminal to Kansai airport and other major destinations (such as Kobe, Kyoto, Itami airport etc.) It's quite a far walk (especially with suitcases and family in tow) from Nankai Kansai Airport train stop - so I'd suggest to catch OCAT to Kansai airport. The room is very spacious with sofa (Deluxe Double Room, 1 King Bed) and large bath room with bathup. Location is great, OCAT and JR and Metro is within minutes, Namba (underground) Walk is below, Dotonbory and the Osaka river is within walking distance. The only thing to comment: the system only allows one room card access issued. Oh, may I suggest Nanbantei (google: Nanbantei Namba) for a cheerful yakitory dinner with reasonable price nearby the hotel?

Good Hotel location. near to Shijo Subway Station and Hankyu Kawaramachi Station. Also near to Nishiki Market. The hotel is very clean and good size. Dont feel crampy. The only thing i am not satisfy is that we cannot check in earlier into the room when we are just 2 hours earlier than the check in time.

Namba gem
We loved our stay at this hotel. A little expensive but by far the biggest room we have had in Japan with a super comfy king bed. The location is amazing from the Namba subway you just take exit 28 and you come out right at the front door. It’s only a 5 mi Ute walk to the lights and action of Dotombori and fabulous restaurants are everywhere. The only downside was the breakfast. It’s in the basement of the building next door and was very basic and tasteless. If they improved this I would rate them much higher. The location can’t be beat.
