"We stayed in three APA hotels on our trip to Japan. All were perfectly clean and had great amenities. Check in was okay - they had to search a couple times to find our reservations. The reason for four stars is because we weren't happy with our room. I would caution that though a full size bed is extra cozy, but big enough for my husband and me. However, the full room is not big enough for two people and two suitcases. We literally had to step over and around each other, and only one suitcase could be open at a time. The bed occupied nearly the whole room. But the bathroom was fine, if tiny. It had everything from toothbrushes/toothpaste to razors to a disposable mini hairbrush. The room and everything in it was spotlessly clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. "
