The hotel is a 10 min walk from the train station. Really close to Shinshaibashi shopping centre and Dotunbori is about 15 to 20 min walk. Room is quite small, we booked a non-smoking room however there's some tinge of smoke smell inside.

It was a very cute hotel and within walking distance of tourist things. Only downside is how small the rooms were and having to check in bags to wait until exact check in time

Room is very clean and nice..the receptionist is friendly and very accommodating! There’s a lot of restaurants/store around the area and It’s walking distance to the train station. Over all we’ll coming back in this hotel again!

The hotel is great and huge!! The resting area near the front was aesthetic and modern. However, the hotel is a bit far from Dontonburi but it was not hard to get there. I would recommend this hotel for the larger rooms!

Staff members were helpful and informative. The location itself is very convenient as it is right across a convenience store and is a walkable distance to the station and other places. The building and the area around it is nice. However, the room I stayed in was not as nice nor the cleanest. There were questionable stains and worn down walls, dusty corners, and unclean-looking bed sheets and towels.

The rooms are small as expected but dust around air vent and on the wall surrounding. Thick dust on edge of side table, stains on soap bottle. No tea bag in room (this is Japan!) wall paper is peeling off, in general lots of wear and tear for a relatively new looking hotel throughout.
