"Loud property until late hours, doors slamming, vacuum cleaners going into the night. Squeeling water taps that you can hear in your room whenever someone takes a shower. Thin walls and floors so you can hear others walking around. Not cool if your there to get some sleep and get an early flight."

"If you want a good sleep at this hotel then make sure they don’t put you next to the aircon or utilities room. The noise is terrible. Also when I went to to ask about changing rooms I was lied to and told they were totally booked but when my husband went down an hour later miraculously there was two rooms available which we already knew after looking online. Not good customer service doing this we wouldn’t recommend or stay here again."

"My first time to New Zealand I really love this hotel rooms and property very nice and clean staff are very friendly and I love cus it’s close to the airport never got to try the breakfast I only stayed there for one night, but there’s a 100$ hold on my card which they ended up being used for I don’t know what for, but I wood stay there again"

"Clean, comfortable room. Milk for my early morning coffee and lots of local tv to view first thing. The staff was very accommodating and willing to help with or questions or requests. The food selection in the restaurant was excellent and delicious. And the service staff went extra steps to make sure we were satisfied. Also have to say thank you to the servers and tenders in the Rumpus Room, our evenings were very relaxing. Great staff all around, makes for a great stay."
