"It’s a 2 buildings hotel we were in the annex, the room was small but nice and clean. The only downside is no elevator to take the luggage up and down . Breakfast choice is very limited. Boiled eggs is offered but scrambled or other is extra charge. Amazing staff, joyful and and sooo nice. Antonella, who doesn’t speak any English was so excited to share with us the must see locations. Good location, close to many attractions. Free Bicycles to ride. Payable parking available through valet."
"The hotel is in a great location with everything in walking distance. The late check in was easy with our instructions posted on the door and a phone number to call first. We used WhatsApp. The room was clean and the size of a small apartment. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The parking garage was a three minute walk from the hotel. We would stay here again."

"This lovely small hotel was located on a safe, quiet street centrally located and an easy walk to everything. The wifi and a/c worked well (it was very hot when we visited Ortigia). The staff were not on property 100% of the time, but could be reached by phone and were very helpful. The rooms were large and clean (ours were on the ground floor off a little courtyard). There was a good coffeemaker and a little fridge in the room. Little cafes are all around for breakfast. There is a laundromat...
