"A surprisingly good hotel. Very clean. Quiet. Pleasant. A nice breakfast. Very conveniently located across the road from the casino. The tv was easy to operate with a large selection of channels. A very pleasant stay."

"staff has been very good since coming home have not received $100.00 back that was paid at time of check-in July 13th have been calling the hotel to try to get some in-put as can not get in touch with Expedia ! Went into my bank they are uncertain about why it has not gone back into my account ! I have stayed many times at Stonegate and always got that $100.00 back right at check out ! will probably will return to stonegate again won't book with Expedia any more ! I just will continue to check for deposit it has been 2 weeks now!"

"Property was in the north end of town and situated on the main street of Midland, which meant a straight drive to the dock. Hotel at night was quiet and comfortable. No restaurant on this property which I thought there was which I was disappointed since it was a conference based hotel. Breakfast was the standard of which hotels provide and was ok. Staff were in creditable, friendly, helpful and asked if they help with anything. Parking good."

"Fair accomodations for the price. We stayed in a family suite with the bunk room. Great set up for parents with kids, but bunks were very wobbly which made my kids a bit nervous to sleep on them. Room was not super clean - stained carpets and dried splatters on the walls. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were awful. Facility itself was ok. Has a small pool, which was cold and shallow. Appeared to have had a hot tub at some point but they filled it in? Staff were always friendly. Breakfast buffet was a diamond in the rough. Food was hot and tasted good, with an excellent variety of items."
