"The water taxi dropped us off right at the front entrance—an incredibly convenient way to arrive. Navigating this route would’ve been tricky if the water level had been too low or too high, especially with all our luggage in tow. We booked breakfast in the hotel on the first day, but IMO €20 EACH for the breakfast buffet is a bit steep. You can get a coffee and pastries for 3 people at a local cafe for less than €20, and you are helping the local economy by doing so.
Transport to Venice is so easy, the water "buses" go from either 2mins walk from the hotel, or a 10min walk across the island.
