"The facility was gorgeous, the staff was welcoming, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the food at Russell’s was cooked to perfection and the breakfast was full of yummy fresh choices."

"The room was great and clean. Just 3 small observations: 1) No USB chargers. We came from a long distance and could not charge our phones expecting USB chargers on the room. 2) The toilet was shaky in room 235. It might need tightening. 3) The toilet paper was in the reversed direction. "
