    We didn’t have any Internet while we were there. Someone came everyday to fix it but didn’t have access to a locked room. The evening before we were scheduled to leave they got it working. 45 minutes later it was broke again. The owner wasn’t concerned at all they texted me that they gave over 200 other properties an I needed to be patient. I had 6 kids with me and they couldn’t even watch tv. And our phone service was very poor in that unit so we definitely needed internet.The repair man said that the unit was having problems with the internet days before we checked in. I stayed in the room downstairs and the kids slept in the rooms upstairs. The floors are so flimsy I thought everytime they was walking that the ceiling was gonna fall in on my head. I had a headache from the noise from them walking. It was so terrible. Ants were another problem we had to deal with. Just not a good spot. Please avoid this spot.

    Do your due diligence and research the reviews. I am sharing this because I want you to be fully aware before you give this company your business. First we arrived and the unit was not very clean. Stains on the couch, we had to place our travel blanket over sofa because we didn't trust it was sanitary. The unit smells like dirty feet in the entire stairs and upstairs. Stains on carpet, the dryer did not work for 5 days. We missed a day at disneyworld to go to laundry mat. They are SO HARD to get ahold of and leave an after hours number but no one responds. They push back and get defensive and not at all supportive. The beds were comfortable and the pool was OK even though we had NO towels to dry off with. There was no mop to clean floors and no baking dish so we had to buy one. The bed upstairs was clearly repaired previously and boards fell off base as soon as our son sat on it. We didn't need that bed so it was no big deal. The biggest issue we had was no dryer and the management. Whoever owns the unit should be aware of this management company. WONDER VACATIONS GETS A 1 OUT OF 5. I am an Expedia platinum member and Expedia was extremely responsive and had to reach out to management on my behalf because my wife was in tears being frustrated with all the issues. We will NEVER rent from them again and hope this information helps inform consumers 🙏
    Boards under bed had been previously repaired but fell the minute my son sat on the bed. No one could use this bed at all
