I had an excellent experience during my stay at the property. The accommodations were exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. Additionally, I enjoyed the beautiful pool area, which was not overly crowded.

Excellent communication around reservation. Unit was perfect, spacious and well furnished. Property very conveniently located for many activities. Would stay again!

The property was pretty, quiet, and clean. We didn't use any of the amenities, so I can't speak to those. Access to the property and the condo was easy, but felt secure. Our specific condo was very nice. We had a 3bd/2 bath and it was quite spacious. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the condo. We had a short 2 night stay, but we didn't have any issues. My only complaint is the mattresses are not very comfortable. Even our teenagers complained about them. But after a full day in a theme park, we all slept soundly, even with a hard mattress. I would recommend this location to anyone and I would be willing to stay again. This was a more economical option for a larger party and have plenty of space.

Apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The complex was quiet, clean and felt very safe. No complaints and I would definitely come back!

nice and clean apartment . The management and staf are great they're available when needed but i wish if they could make the check out time at 12 pm i wasted of 10 am.

Would have love to see staff or even a front desk if your looking to have something ship To you they can't as there is no way for them to gain entry. This was the downside, even if they had a security presence to accept it

Thanks again for staying with us.This is not a hotel, but a condominium resort. You can always have packages delivered direct to the property you are staying at.

The additional towels for the pool were very welcome. The property was clean and the welcoming package was is very appreciated. Improvement from our point of view: Replacement or adding more kitchen equipment such as pots and pans. We couldn't control the air condtioner. it will be more convenient if you can control the blowing position. Sometimes it was to cold. Overall a good experience. Thank you.

Loved my time here, my only issue was a lack of curtains. The bedrooms were very bright even with the blinds closed.

Absolutely amazing, we LOVED this resort!!! The ONLY thing we would change would be the bed sheets because they constantly felt sweaty even though we were only in bed at night but other than that, the pool: amazing. Huge, kiddy pool was so great for babies first dip, jacuzzi was nice, playground was beautiful, the set up pf every room was so wonderful too. We had a ton of space for 7 people, the walls were thin and we could here every conversation but most people were respectful of quite hours. We loved it, everything was 20 monutes of less of a drive. Literally couldnt sing more praises for this resort it was a 10/10. If we go to florida again you bet im coming right back here.

The property was perfect for my family vacation. Did not like the late check in and early check out. Parking was tough on weekends but other than that the property and its environs were amazing. Will definitely stay again.

Spacious, convenient unit!
This is a self-serve accommodation. You are sent gate and door codes before your stay. There is no front desk. It had me a little concerned, but everything went smoothly. The unit was very clean except for a little debris left on the carpet from poor vacuum. The appliances were like new and we used the fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher. The cookware seemed to be Teflon and in. Red of replacement. Our unit had balcony with table and chairs, but the view was the parking lot. Since we were attending a convention at Rosen Shingle Springs and the weather was hot, this didn’t matter. We noticed nice grills, playground equipment, and a 2 mile trail around the lake. The condo was close to shopping and restaurants. Overall, we were very pleased and hope to return.

Easy check in and out. Very close to popular sites to visit. Nice property. The couches and chairs in living room is completely worn out. Then end tables need refinishing. The 2 double bed mattresses are completely worn out and need to be replaced. My son couldn't sleep . He found every extra pillow, comforter and made a mattress topper on one bed. The pull out couch was even worse. MUST evaluate mattresses and couches, as you want your guests to be comfortable.

Family plus Business vacay
The place was easy to get to and clean. The only issue is the outdoor furniture on the patio really needs updating - they were way past their time - broken, uncomfortable, etc. Also had some issues with the washing machine - tried to use it for a small load the night before leaving and the washing drum detached during the middle of the load and the door latch wouldn't release - we had to unplug it to reset it and all the clothes were soaking wet - we had to hang over the balcony and dry in the morning. But overall it was a good stay for the family.

Loved the check in process..no going to the counter. The unit was well kept and comfortable. The pool area was very nice and well managed. Did not like the fact that my brother-in-law's car was totalled by a resident of Vista Cay who appears to have been driving drunk. Also damaged another car in this incident. That is the reason for not checking the box for "safe" in earlier question.

Nice location. Carpet was all folded up and loose. All the cabinets in bathrooms show water damage. Condo smelt very musty and like sewer daily. Beds were HORRIBLE. The worst utensils I have experienced at a condo......just overall not a good experience.
